Simply ask your clients to re-invite you using the email you’d like to use consistently across all clients.
For example, if you currently have access to three clients with different email variations (e.g., example@accountantfirm.com, example+client2@accountantfirm.com, and example+client3@accountantfirm.com), ask clients 2 and 3 to re-invite you using your primary email, example@accountantfirm.com.
