If you requested more money than your bank has allowed when adding funds via Interac e-Transfer Request, kindly decline the request on the email from Interac. You could then create a new request from your Vault account which is below your bank's daily limit.
Example:
You requested $4,000 CAD using Interac e-Transfer Request on Vault.
You receive an email from Interac to approve the request.
Your external bank does not allow the request to be approved as it is above the hypothetical daily limit of $3,000 CAD.
You could reject the transfer request from the email from Interac and redo the request below $3,000 CAD when adding funds again using Interac e-Transfer Request on your Vault.
