If you have lost your card, you can freeze it in your Vault Account under the Cards tab at any time. This will prevent any further transactions from being authorized. If you find your card you can unfreeze it by following the same steps.
If you suspect your card has been stolen or compromised, you can delete your card in your Vault Account under the Cards tab. Follow the steps listed in the Cards tab and we will delete your card to prevent further transactions. If you report a physical or virtual card as lost or stolen, you can request a new one from the Cards tab.
For both lost or stolen cards you also can call +1 (888) 568-2858 and follow the steps to delete your card to prevent further transactions and request a new card.
