You can freeze both your physical and virtual Vault Card to prevent any further transactions by following these steps:
Sign into your Vault account
Click the Cards tab
Click the card you'd like to lock
Click 'Freeze Card'
To unfreeze your cards and allow further transactions follow the same steps as above.
