Account connection
To connect your Vault account with your QuickBooks account:
Log in to your Vault account
Go to the settings tab
Click accounting
Click on the connect button next to QuickBooks (see below)
Linking your Vault accounts
During the connection process, you will have to link your Vault accounts to your Chart of Accounts on QuickBooks. You can either link them to accounts you've already created for Vault or create new ones as part of the connection process.
Once you've selected how you want to link your Vault accounts, you are ready to start to pushing your transactions to your QuickBooks account within Vault!
Initial Balance
We do not set an initial balance for any of the Vault chart of accounts that you created or linked to during connection.
In order to match your Vault balances and transactions with your QuickBooks balances and transactions, you will need to sync all historical Vault transactions. If you've already synced them directly on QuicksBooks at an earlier date, you are able to exclude these transactions on Vault's accounting tab.
