Eligibility: The Vault Payments Inc. "3% Cashback Promotion" (the "Promotion") is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
The participant must open a new account with Vault between August 15th, 2024, and August 31st, 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). Existing accounts or previously closed accounts with Vault are not eligible.
The participant must be a new customer to Vault, meaning the participant has not previously held any account with Vault.
The participant must have received a direct mail invitation for this Promotion from Vault and may be required to provide a picture of the direct mail piece as proof of receipt.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on August 15th, 2024, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on August 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Accounts must be opened within this period to be eligible for the Promotion.
Promotion Details:
Participants will earn 3% cashback on the first $3,500 CAD (or currency equivalent) in purchases made each calendar month during the first three (3) months following the activation of their Vault account.
After the first three months, the cashback rate will revert to the regular rate offered by Vault.
Cashback payments will be made on the 5th of the month following the month in which the purchases were made. For example, cashback for purchases made in September will be paid on October 5th.
General Conditions
Compliance with Rules: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vault, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Disqualification: Vault Payments Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or business found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or any Terms and Conditions applicable to all Vault customers.
Proof of Eligibility: Vault Payments Inc. may request proof of eligibility, including but not limited to, proof of direct mail receipt, proof of new customer status, and proof of account opening date. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
Modifications and Termination: Vault Payments Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Any modifications or termination of the Promotion will be communicated to participants promptly via email and/or through the Vault website. Participants are encouraged to regularly check their email for any updates or changes to the Promotion terms and conditions.
Governing Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
