You can receive Interac e-Transfer from your own account.

Step 1: Log into Vault

Step 2: From the side menu, select "Accounts"

Step 3: Select "CAD Account"

Step 4: Select "Add Money"

Interac e-Transfer from third parties are currently not supported. However, you may receive CAD funds from third parties through either an EFT or Wire (SWIFT) payment which are already made available to your Vault account.
