No, we do not charge any fees for receiving funds into your account. If you received less funds than anticipated, it means that the sending bank or an intermediary bank deducted a fee from the funds prior to sending it to your Vault account.
When sending a Wire (SWIFT) transfer, the sender’s bank may offer different fee options:
Sender pays all fees – The sender covers all transaction costs, so the full amount reaches your account.
Receiver pays all fees – Fees are deducted from the transferred amount, so you receive less than what was sent.
Shared fees (split between sender and receiver) – Both parties pay a portion of the fees.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over how the sender’s bank applies these charges or which options they provide. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with the sender before they initiate the transfer.
