If funds are sent to your account in the wrong currency, they will be rejected at the soonest possible time and returned to the sender. However, the actual processing time for the refund (up to 10 business days) depends entirely on the sender’s bank.
To ensure your funds are received correctly, the sender must transfer money to the appropriate multi-currency account. We provide separate accounts for CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR, and each currency must be sent to its respective account:
• CAD should be sent to your CAD account
• USD should be sent to your USD account
• GBP should be sent to your GBP account
• EUR should be sent to your EUR account
To avoid delays or rejected payments, always provide the sender with the correct bank details for the intended currency.
