Why can’t I invite a team member or employee to my account?

If you’re unable to invite an employee or team member to your Vault account, it’s likely because they already have a separate business account of their own with Vault. If this was done by mistake, the affected employee or team member can contact us via the messenger in the bottom right corner and provide the email address they used to sign up so we can help resolve the issue. Alternatively, they can use a different email address that hasn’t been registered with Vault to receive the invitation.
