If you’re expecting to receive a payment but haven’t received it yet, follow these steps:
Check with the sender
Ask the sender for proof of payment.
Verify that the sender used the correct bank details for the selected payment method.
Ensure the correct payment method was used
If you provided EFT bank details, the sender must send an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)—they cannot send a wire payment, Wire (SWIFT) to an EFT account.
If you provided ACH bank details, the sender must send an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer—they cannot send a wire payment, Wire (SWIFT) to an ACH account.
If the wrong details were provided, the funds may be returned to the sender.
Allow time for processing
Once we receive the funds, they will be credited to your account immediately.
If the funds haven’t arrived, they are still with the sender’s bank or intermediary and are being processed.
