How do customers pay into my Vault account?

Local payment methods are free for the customer and faster for your business

If receiving CAD/USD/EUR/GBP, send your Account Details to the customer so they can transfer funds directly into your Vault accounts (estimated arrival time 0-1 business days)

  1. Click the “Accounts Tab” on the top of your screen

  2. Click the currency your customer would like to pay your business (CAD/USD/EUR/GBP)

  3. Click “Download Account Details PDF” located on the bottom right of your screen

  4. Send downloaded information to the customer (this PDF will contain all possible payment methods)

    • Ex 1: If USD Account Details are downloaded, this PDF will include ACH, Fedwire, and Swift details

    • Ex 2: If CAD Account Details are downloaded, this PDF will include EFT and Swift details

    • Ex 3: If EUR Account Details are downloaded, this PDF will include SEPA and Swift details

    • Ex 4: If GBP Account Details are downloaded, this PDF will include UK Faster Payment and Swift details
