Our real-time foreign exchange (FX) service allows you to convert any currency balance instantly, 24/7, 365 days a year. This means you have the flexibility to convert currencies at any time, regardless of the cutoff windows mentioned below. Your conversions will be completed in real-time, up to your unique business limit.
With Vault, you can convert your balance into any of our four holding currencies: CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR. Additionally, if you need to send a bank transfer, you can also convert into 32 additional currencies.
Conversions for holding currencies follow the schedule below on each business day:
CAD/USD conversions: Initiate the conversion before 11AM ET for real-time completion. If initiated after 11AM ET, the conversion will be completed at 8PM ET on the same day.
EUR/GBP conversions: Initiate the conversion before 9AM ET for real-time completion. If initiated after 9AM ET, the conversion will be completed at 8PM ET on the same day.
