How do I receive US Dollars from a Canadian bank account?

If you are looking to receive funds into your Vault USD account from a Canadian based US Dollars account the best way is to receive the funds through an International Wire Transfer.

Although some Canadian institutions offer US Dollar accounts, these aren't like your Vault USD accounts which have access to all US payment methods.

To view your Vault USD account details that you can receive International Wire Transfers into you'll need to:

  1. Log into your Vault account

  2. Click your USD account from the left hand side of the dashboard or click on the "Accounts" tab

  3. Click "SWIFT Payment" on the left hand side

  4. Copy and share your account details or download your account details in PDF format
