Adding funds to your CAD Vault Account

To add funds to your CAD account, there are two options you can use directly from your Vault dashboard.

1. Set up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from an external linked account

Steps

  • Click "Add money" in the "Quick Actions" menu

  • Select "Linked Account" as Method

  • Proceed to link your Canadian Bank Account

  • Enter the amount you want to add to Vault and click "Add Funds"

2. Create an Interac Request

Steps

  • Click "Add money" in the "Quick Actions" menu

  • Select Interac as Method

  • Enter the amount you want to add to Vault and click "Add Funds"

  • Accept the request once the Interac email arrives (this can take up to 30 minutes)

Adding funds to your non-CAD Vault Accounts (USD, GBP, EUR)

To add funds to your non-CAD Vault accounts, you must initiate the transfer from your external business bank account. To find the account details for your Vault account to receive funds, navigate to the Accounts page and click the currency account you want to load.
