Where is my transfer?

Unlike traditional banks, Vault doesn't place holds on funds coming into your account. As soon as we receive the funds they'll be credited to your account and we send you an email in real-time letting you know funds have landed.

If you haven't receive the email letting you know funds have landed we haven't receive them yet. If you are certain the funds should have landed it's best to check with the sender to first make sure all payment instructions were correct.
