When a transfer is marked as “Completed,” it means the funds have successfully reached the recipient’s bank. However, the recipient might not recognize the deposit because the sender’s name may not appear. Instead, the funds could be listed under our partner bank’s name, depending on how the recipient’s bank processes incoming transfers.

To help locate the payment, ask the recipient to check their transaction history and search for the exact amount sent. To avoid confusion in the future, consider sending the recipient a transfer confirmation email when you submit the payment. This provides them with a reference while they wait for the funds to arrive.
