Only scheduled transfers that have not been sent out yet can be cancelled.

Scheduled transfers can be cancelled by going to Transfers > click the 3 dots next to the payment you want to cancel > Delete.

Once a transfer has been initiated it can't be cancelled even if it's in progress or pending.
